Coaching

Whether we walk and talk, meet in my consultation room or speak via Zoom, my clients are made to feel very welcome, comfortable and at ease. I work near my home in Hampshire where I live with 2 young boys, my husband and very friendly cocker spaniel. 

For new clients, I offer a complimentary 30-minute chat to ask any questions and discuss your needs and how I can help. Initially I recommend 3 sessions, however if you would prefer to go at a different pace, that is fine too. My sessions last around an hour except the first one which tends to be a little longer.

In my coaching, I teach you simple NLP tools and techniques that you can take away and use whenever you want.  We explore different perspectives, unlock unhelpful thought patterns and free up your mind to focus and feel confident in what you want to achieve.  I love words and how we can use our language to change and influence our thoughts and environment.  

As we progress together, you will gain knowledge and understanding of how your mind works and how sometimes it can hold us back (albeit unconsciously). This is where Hypnotherapy works wonders. It is a form of guided relaxation, where the mind opens up and allows positive suggestions to fall and land, without the conscious mind acting as gate keeper.  

We also explore feelings, emotions and thoughts and how you store them in your mind and body.  If they hold a negative pull, we can release this, which then frees you up to feel lighter, brighter and more relaxed. I am trained in TimeLine Therapy which is a content-free (ie you don’t have to share details of the traumatic experience itself) and a wonderful way to explore your unconscious mind. It is a technique used to remove negatively charged emotions from past experiences that might be holding you back in some way.

I am not here to “fix” anyone as I believe, everyone has it in them, to do it themselves. However sometimes, we all need a little help to get there. My aim is to guide you to your point of freedom and possibility, and let you go.
